TIBF at a Glance
Pastor Kelvin K. Lucas and his wife, Minister Felicia Lucas are the Founders of Take It By Force Ministries, Inc. (TIBF). Celebrating over 20 years of service, TIBF is a 501(c)(3) pro-life Christian based youth and young adult outreach organization. Its mission is to empower at-risk youth and young adults to become responsible model citizens within their communities.
TIBF accomplishes its mission by offering empowerment sessions that focus on: entrepreneurial leadership, academic and career planning, financial stewardship, practical parenting, marriage enrichment and spiritual growth. It also provides anthology writing workshops.
Since the organization was founded in 2001, it has also served communities in the eastern North Carolina region (Rocky Mount, Wilson, Princeville and Murfreesboro), by offering its annual Camp Meeting event. This community event provides cultural arts, motivational speaking and other resources to help meet the needs within the marketplace.
OPERATION Career Fair
Help support our newest initiative, OPERATION Career Fair! (OCF). Through OCF we have provided over 300 free books from our workshop series to students at local school career fairs. The books focus on life skills, academics, leadership and personal growth! Donate TODAY!!

The Summer Camp
This 2 day camp experience is designed to help youth ages 11-18 gear up for middle and high school. It's a practical leadership approach that encourages participants to seriously think about: finances, college and career aspirations as well as entrepreneurship.
